Goal, markets, caps, stop switch
Conversion goal, approved chatbots and markets, daily and monthly spend caps, bid ceiling, claims the ads must never make. Anything outside that scope comes back to you for approval.
People now ask ChatGPT and Copilot what to buy — and ads appear next to the answer. HowAIAds is being built to run those campaigns for you inside the budget you approve, and to pay only where your brand is missing from the organic answer. Autonomous ad buying is not live yet; we are inviting design partners.
No campaign is launched, no ad account is connected, and no money is spent through this page. Request a conversation to help shape and test the first supported integration.
Conversion goal, approved chatbots and markets, daily and monthly spend caps, bid ceiling, claims the ads must never make. Anything outside that scope comes back to you for approval.
Inside those rules it tests campaigns, moves budget toward questions that convert and pauses poor performers — logging the evidence behind every decision.
Missing conversion data, a broken tag or a cap about to be breached halts spend-changing actions until a person reviews them.
Chatbot ads sit beside an answer to a specific question. HowAICite already observes those answers, so the agent knows whether you are recommended before it spends:
| What the AI answer shows | What the agent does |
|---|---|
| AI already mentions or cites you | Don't pay. The budget goes where you are missing. |
| A competitor is recommended, you are not | Bid on the question, and open a HowAICite fix so you earn the organic answer too. |
| AI states something wrong about you | Hold spend. Correct it in HowAITrust before paying to amplify it. |
| Low purchase intent or stale evidence | Skip, or re-observe the answer before any money moves. |
A paid placement is never counted as an organic mention or citation. Paid and organic results are reported separately.
| Surface | How ads are sold | HowAIAds plan |
|---|---|---|
| ChatGPT | Self-serve Ads Manager in selected markets; CPC bidding and a Conversions API | Read performance and recommend first; automated changes only once campaign-management access is confirmed |
| Microsoft Copilot | Bought through Microsoft Advertising, which has a mature management API | Planned first integration for capped, automated operation |
| Google AI Mode | Testing in the United States; reached through Google Ads campaign types | Planned after Copilot |
| Perplexity, Claude | No ad inventory an advertiser can buy today | Measured organically by HowAICite only |
Availability depends on the platform, market and advertiser eligibility. We will not claim support for a chatbot until the integration has run on a real account.
The ad account and media spend stay with you and the ad platform — HowAIAds does not resell media. HowAIAds charges a separate flat monthly fee by spend band — see planned pricing; design partners pay nothing during the pilot.
The first pilots need one real advertiser account, a documented conversion goal, a read-only baseline, and draft campaigns held for review before capped automation begins.
Bring one real advertiser account and a conversion goal. The pilot is free and starts read-only.
